  • Delivery timelines depend on destination, quantity, and transport mode (pallet, truck, or container).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, transport providers, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

All products supplied by Top Global Trading B.V. are 100% authentic and sourced from official distributors or brand partners.
We ensure proper storage and handling of all goods prior to shipment.

7. Returns and Claims

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly after inspection.

8. Limitation of Liability
